OMAHA, Nebraska, December 1, 2003 -- Brightening the holidays for hundreds of underprivileged Fort Riley children this holiday season, area retailer Atamaii.com announced the donation of more than $ 3,500 worth of toys to the 2003 Operation Santa Clause campaign. This is the largest single donation in Operation Santa Claus history.
An online retailer of popular children's toys, Atamaii.com's donation included Dragonball Z action figures, one of the most sought-after lines of toys on the market.
"Fort Riley solders have been sent to Iraq, they will be away from home for up to a year." said Stu Carter, Gulf War veteran and owner of Atamaii.com. "We are very proud to have the opportunity to give something back to this military community through NCOA Operation Santa Claus. We hope our donation helps parents during these stressful times, and brings smiles to area kids."

Several truckloads of toys were presented to Fort Riley's Operation Santa Claus representatives last month. The donation provided over five hundred popular toys, which will be given to area children by Operation Santa Claus volunteers beginning December 1st.
